Pawanmuktasana Series: Anti-Rheumatoid Group
Please help us welcome our newest instructor, Araba Adjaye!
A gentle series to increase mobility in all the joints, taken from the Anti-Rheumatoid group in traditional hatha. This can be practiced regularly as a stand-alone class, or before any other class.

Beautiful practice. 31 weeks pregnant and love the gentle movement and release.
I also love that it jumps right in and there's no savasana, so this can be a great warm-up to another class.
