A gentle series to increase mobility in all the joints, taken from the Anti-Rheumatoid group in traditional hatha. This can be practiced regularly as a stand-alone class, or before any other class.

Just what my joints needed-loved this class! If a block is uncomfortable to sit on, is a bolster ok?
