A real joy; the toes and back all stretched out!
Excellent guidance as usual. The wonderful thing about Tracey is that she keeps it a mystery of where we are going next, so there is always something new to discover. The toe bends, for example, had a purpose in Ustrasana. Overall this is challenging and achievable. Great class.
