I have a compressed disk in my lower spine that I was diagnosed with a few months ago, and this was a very nice class to be able to stretch the spine in all of the right ways.
my spine feels new again! I was SO STIFF LIKE I COULD BREAK AND I'M HEALED!!!
I felt so icky today I almost didn't work out at all. This class made me feel so much better. Grateful!
