Gentle Yoga for the Neck
Do you have a sore neck? Do you often get headaches? This short beginners yoga class takes you through how to stretch all of the major muscle groups of the neck, including those that are commonly responsible for headaches. It's a gentle yoga class that will make your neck feel so very good once you're done.

This video is 9 minutes of pure bliss! I hurt my neck somehow and this video worked out all of my kinks and felt amazing! I bookmarked it and will be using it regularly! I even do this when my neck feels fine. It is a great stress reliever, too. And since it's so short I can always find the time for this video! I highly recommend it.
I am so amazed with this video. I have chronic neck and shoulder issues from sitting at t desk all day long. I practiced this routine this morning and feel wonderful at the end of my day. This is a sure fire must practice daily for me!
