The perfect class for this 77 year old who started yoga in 2014 to try to help very tight hips and no outward extension. I am an ex runner, who had to stop because my knees were squarking but yoga has more than filled the gap. However after a stroke in 2011 my balance is very poor so I look for classes without too many balance poses but classes that give me enough push to feel like I am achieving something. This class is so perfect for me for those reasons. Thank you so much Fiji, I have been following you since I started my yoga journey and I will continue to do, you are the best! xx
