Moving Menstruation Flow
When menstruation begins, hormones drop to their lowest levels of your cycle. For some, this can feel like a sweet release and a desire to move more than during the previous week. As an option for more restorative period classes, Julia has created this class as a way to enjoy more movement while honoring the direction of blood flow at this time.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as part of Julia's Yoga for the Female Hormonal Cycle series.
