There are a few challenging moves in this session. I always wonder what they might mean if I really want to get out of them quickly. It’s like in life some thing that is uncomfortable you want to avoid or quickly move out of.

I think of morning yoga routines as energizing. This was more of a get the kinks out. I could see doing this before bedtime as well.
A great practice! I love your imagery of rays of sunshine coming into the whole body. I also appreciate your gentle reminders to not let your mind wander away to other tasks that need to be done, which is one of the hardest things I find about practicing at home
