David, your pain management skills have been so helpful to me. I practice a lot of mountain biking, fatbiking, skiing, and some running so my hips are constantly tight, so much so that the pain often goes into my lower back. I have been particularly stiff lately, especially in the mornings. After doing this class yesterday evening, so much of that pain was released. I had an impressive increase in my mobility this morning upon waking up. THANK YOU !!! very much looking forward to more of these classes :)

I was very happy to find this class. I've gone to a few in person classes and loved them. I recently purchased a set of tune up balls for home so that I could practice more frequently. I'm looking forward to more classes using the tune up balls.

I'm excited to announce that last week, I filmed trigger point therapy classes for the deltoid, rotator cuff, pecs, lats, biceps, quads and IT bands, along with an Introduction to Trigger Pointing video. They should be appearing over the next 1-2 months.
