Really good workout. I'd find it really beneficial if some of the complex segments were demonstrated first, then practiced. We can't always see what the instructor is doing, given our position. If we stop activity to look, we miss out on the actual practice. Hope this makes sense. Also, the pace is a little quick.

I was going to make the same suggestion - or if Kathi could be more descriptive about rotation directions, which way palms face, how far to lower legs, etc. As you said it's difficult to see the instruction so I think either more time for demonstration, or a detailed description of the movement, would be very beneficial.

Although I suppose if I start doing more pilates classes with Kathi, the movements will become something I will just have a muscle memory for.
