Fun and creative core-strengthening poses! Also love the neck stretch at the end. Would recommend adding in some stretch/relaxation for core and gluteal muscles at the end after the intense work out.

Yay pilates! Loved that oblique exercise with the band.
I had ankle surgery and can't put any weight on in. With a few minor mods, I was able to do this workout. Thank you!
