Often we feel more in tune with what’s important in our lives and what we might need to wrap up or finish off in our lives. This class is specific for supporting your system during this time with a slower flow and thyroid stimulation.

I love the spaciousness of this class. It touches all of the directions of movement without feeling rushed. The luteal phase has similarities with the menopausal phase in the female life cycle. This class is good for honoring that phase as well. Thank you, Julia!
