I love the calm voice, the slow sequence, and thoughtfulness about the connections among the rest of the neck and the body. I have to pause the video twice because of missing poses on second sides. At 17:20, the twist toward the knees is missing on the second side. At 25:00, the stretch with the knee and foot tracking away at an angle are missing on the second side. When those pieces are added back in, this sequence provides wonderful full-body care with thoughtful recognition of the mind's role as well.

This was such a gift. I really loved practice ahimsa towards my own body.

I had neck surgery 20 years ago for spinal cord compression (which was successful) but there was nerve damage and changes in my body that I have been working on with various modalities over the years. Yoga and recently acupuncture have made really significant positive changes. And this class was a great integration to really appreciate those changes and help move the boundaries just a wee bit more! Thanks,🙏

What a fantastic class for relaxation, targeting the neck and hips! Loved the point and flex and the end of class, which I have never done before. Thanks Julia! Will be saving this class!
