Just did the Intro to sitting. Great track! Easy to follow for a beginner who has never meditated before. Peter's voice is very calm and soothing, these minutes were a welcome break in a busy day. Looking forward to the next!
This is an amazing track. I have been practicing yoga for two years now and I really tried to do it meditating. But this audio-guide really helps to focus on a nonjudging mind, which feels great!
