I thought when I started this class it was going to be really hard, as my hips were so stiff. Ten minutes in, I had forgotten the time and all the stretches got easier and more satisfying. Thank you!
I have hip and lower back muscle pain and after doing this lesson once I can see that this is what I was looking for to thoroughly stretch my muscle. I'm sure that doing this regularly my muscle pain will get better so will my flexibility.
I've done this workout twice in 2 days and already I can feel I'm more flexable.
