Thank you David! I love this class. It was very easy to follow for a first time. I love that the verbal instruction is slightly ahead of the visual practice. In this way, if I am confused and seek a visual queue, I can look to screen and see you movements to get me in the right position. Focusing on breath and lengthening, I often close my eyes during practice. This class format allows me to follow along without having to rewind. Beautifully designed class.

I am a dancer, and my legs get really tight. This is my go to - I do this yoga routine regularity to maintain balance in my legs ensuring that my knees stay well tracked. Its also so grounding, at about ten minutes into the video, the chatter in my head just stops and I'm present again. Its such a blessing to be able to utilize this video again and again!
