Join David for a close analysis of Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana II), as he uses the concept of loops to describe how to direct your energy and establish a strong foundation and a solid connection to stability and your core.

To explore this concept further, check out Fiji's YTT course Cueing 1 - Position or Rachel's course Cueing 2 - Actions.

I have a pretty easy time following the loop (or spiral?) in the upper arms and the thighs. It is harder for me see the opposing direction loop in the forearms and lower legs. But if I am getting those four corners pressed evenly, I think I am doing it?
