Cultivate Heat from Within
In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

Loved the faster pace of this practice, the transitions, as well as the breaths given for ourselves. I was feeling very stressed and NEVER stay in shavasana however followed Eddy's guidance and did today. I ended the practice feeling stronger and less stressed! Thank you!
