Some people view props as “crutches,” which I’ve encountered in some in-person yoga classes (students, not the teachers, mostly). It’s unfortunate! I’d much rather use props like blocks and straps to be able to safely get into a pose and work towards it than risk injury by not using them, so I’m happy to see this video! 😊
