For such a quick class, Jonni-Lyn hits so many areas yet it never feels rushed or forced. Gentle flow that really is effective at waking up a sleepy-stiff body and mind. Thank you!
I love this class! I feel a peaceful energy after completing it. This is one of the first classes I have tried with Jonni-Lyn. I will definitely be doing more :)
