I love this class. A simple but emotionally transformative class that integrated body and spirit very well.
I normally do yoga 2x/week and then lift weights 3x. I hurt my back so decided to do yoga in my lift day. This was so great. I not only got some thoughts out that I needed to, but my back feels so much better! Thank you!
